Indian  cuisine evolves along with its history .India has its heritage ancient culture which depends on religions , economic conditions etc . spices is the heart of indian cooking and also india is  second largest populated nation where we find the world largest number of vegetarian communities  and also a huge variety of different vegetarian indian dishes .  Indian cuisine also contains a variety of different  pulses and spices which is used worldwide.
